2. Account and Authentication

You create an account by signing in with Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and session tokens. One account per person. Do not share your session tokens or license keys with others.

7. Service Availability

Lore is provided "as is." We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The AI model, API proxy, and authentication systems may experience downtime for maintenance or due to upstream provider issues. We are not liable for lost work due to service interruptions.

8. AI Output Disclaimer

Lore uses AI models to generate code suggestions, explanations, and wiki content. AI output may contain errors, bugs, or security vulnerabilities. You are responsible for reviewing and testing all code changes before using them in production. Lore provides diff preview and rollback features to help with this, but ultimate responsibility for your code lies with you.

9. Data and Privacy

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lore and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Significant changes will be communicated via the changelog or email.
